  • Banana(ripe)
  • plant-based milk
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork or masher.
  2. Add in maple syrup, plant-based milk, and coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. To the above mix, add in flour, hazelnut meal, and baking powder. Whisk the mix.
  4. Add chocolate chunks to the batter and fold in.
  5. Place a pan over heat and brush some coconut oil over it. After the pan is heated, pour a spoonful of batter onto the pan.
  6. When bubbles start forming in the middle, flip the pancake and cook it till the other side turns golden.
  7. Repeat the process until you use all of the pancake batter.

Gingerbread Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup oats(rolled)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
  3. Add coconut oil and maple syrup to the bowl and mix again.
  4. Place the mix on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) and spread the mix so that it turns 1 inch thick.
  5. Bake the mixture in the oven for about ten minutes.
  6. After taking it out of the oven, break it into chunks once it is cooled completely.
